Bio Coal Briquettes
We are an Indian manufacturer supplier of high quality briquettes made from shells of Ground nut , Almonds etc.
White or Bio-coal is an economical and viable alternative of conventional fuels like wood, Petro coke, Lignite etc. They are easily transportable.
Bio Coal Briquettes is made from agricultural and wooden wastes by high compression process without adding any chemical, glue or binder. It results in 100% natural eco-friendly, pollution-free solid fuel. Bio coal is a replacement for coal, fire-wood; and can be used as a solid fuel in boilers, furnace, oven, heaters etc in manufacturing plants.
Bio Coal is very much less polluting than coal or wood becoz. Of the foll. reasons: It has much less Sulfur content – Lesser ash content – Higher fix carbon value ( makes it more inflammable). They increase boiler life and efficiency.
The calorific value of our briquettes ranges from 3300- 4000 kcal per kg.
Currently many companies are using biomass briquettes as a fuel to earn Carbon Credit. Biomass briquettes also provide more calorific value/kg and save great amount on boiler fuel costs.
BENEFITS OF Bio Coal Briquettes COMPARED TO COAL AND FIRE-WOOD
Briquettes are cheaper - More amount is spent on coal or fire-wood.
This high density biomass fuel extends your burn times greatly
Natural, no chemical, glue or binders used
Cost effective, huge saving compared to coal or fire-wood burning
Environmentally friendly using our renewable resources
Clean burning – minimal smoke, creosote and ash Briquettes do not emit smoke with sulfur or phosphorus and also fly ash, hence no need of pollution control equipment
Easy to handle and store
Low ash content( below 10%) in comparison to coal( 25 to 40%) resulting least boiler ash disposal problems
Uniformity in size, density and moisture ensures predictable burning time
High sulfur content of oil and coal, when burnt, pollutes the environment. There is no sulfur in briquettes
Bio mass briquettes have a higher practical thermal value and much lower ash content(2-10% compare to 20-40% in coal)
Briquettes have a consistent quality, have high burning efficiency are ideally sized for complete combustion
Combustion is more uniform compared to coal and boiler response to changes in steam requirements is faster due to higher quantity of volatile matter in briquettes.
There will be no corrosion effect on boiler equipment resulting in negligible maintenance cost. Coal on the other hand produces Sulphur dioxide, which on mixing with moisture produces sulfuric acid and corrosive acid.
